Smokey is a stunning 2-year-old Heeler/Shepherd mix with a bright mind, a loving heart, and an upbeat, fun personality. He’s truly a turn-key dog — well-mannered, reliable, and ready to settle seamlessly into his forever home.

Smokey gets along great with other dogs. He currently lives happily with canine friends in his foster home and even enjoys doggie daycare. Cats, however, are a little too exciting for him — he thinks they’re part of the game!

This boy is an adventure lover through and through. Whether it’s a hike, a neighborhood walk, a jog, or a car ride, Smokey is always ready to go. He’s crate trained, potty trained, and thrives on routine. And his biggest passion? A tennis ball. Smokey is literally obsessed and will joyfully play fetch for as long as you’re willing.
