My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor only*

Star and Mr. Maple are the ultimate dynamic duo—the yin to each other’s yang. This
adorable, bonded pair is rarely seen apart; when one appears, the other is never far
behind. They’ve been together since arriving in foster care and have formed a truly
special connection.

Both love to snuggle with each other and with their humans. You’ll often find Mr. Maple
relaxing on the sofa by your side while Star happily “makes biscuits” nearby.
Affectionate, sweet, and full of charm, these two thrive on love and attention.
If you have room in your heart and home for a bonded pair, Star and Mr. Maple are
ready to return that love tenfold.

Adoption fee of $175 for the pair includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
