River is a 1-year-old male German Shorthaired Pointer with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. He’s a joyful, high-energy pup who thrives on playtime — especially when it involves balls or chasing shadows. River has a playful, goofy spirit and brings a ton of life to any home he’s in.
He’s been through basic recall training and is fully house trained. River is eager to please and quick to learn, especially when there balls or a treat (or a game) involved. He will be happiest in a home that can match his energy and provide the mental and physical stimulation he craves; think long walks, runs, or an active backyard play session.
We are heartbroken to be rehoming him, but with a newborn on the way and a newly developed dog hair allergy in the family, we can no longer provide River with the time, space, and attention he deserves. River is truly a beloved part of our lives but we know he deserves a home where he can thrive.
