My name is Atlas!

"Chinstraps are for penguins, I have chin BROWS!" Atlas has unique chin markings that look like eyebrows! 

Atlas is incredibly affectionate and loves to hang out and cuddle in bed, often laying on an available chest or against you! He gives headbutts and kisses and loves to get them as well! Lower back massages are his favorite, and you'll see firsthand how silly and sweet he can be when he gets them! He does not like being picked up, but is tolerating it a bit better after fosters are working with him. He more than makes up for it though with his "touch me anywhere" nature! Atlas has a bit of a wobble when walking, due to a neurological issue that left some permanent damage, but thankfully it's not severe, and he gets around fine, including running, jumping, and playing! He's a survivor, and now wants to show his love and gratitude to everyone! 

 He has made amazing progress from his skittish nature, and now actively seeks human companionship, and wants to explore! He is vocal and talks to you too! Some of that skittish nature can still come out with sudden loud noises, but he recovers quickly, and trying his best to be a brave boy!

A home with other cats or dogs is definitely possible, and just depends on the situation and personality of other pets. He currently is in a room with the foster's large dog, and has other kitty friends in the house that he plays with! Atlas may prefer a home without small children however, as loud and unpredictable movements can be scary.

All Full of Cattitude cats have been spayed or neutered, given one distemper vaccine, a rabies vaccine (if old enough), microchip, and have been tested for FeLV if under 6 months of age and for both FeLV/FIV if older. Placements are made based on the needs of each cat. There is a screening process and a contract must be completed prior to any adoption. Renters will be asked to provide proof that pets are allowed. The present adoption fee is $125.00 (please note this amount may change without notification). 

All cats in our care were rescued from various situations and may have experienced health issues or trauma. While we provide comprehensive veterinary care, including deworming, defleaing, and treatment for any existing conditions, we cannot guarantee that a cat will remain completely healthy after adoption. It's important to understand that cats can develop health issues at any time, and regular veterinary check-ups are recommended. By adopting a rescue cat, you're giving a deserving animal a second chance at a happy and healthy life.
