Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phineus was found by local Animal Control, in a well known cat colony area. He has been doing well in foster! He has been introduced to other cats, dogs and kids and is rockin' it! He is still a little shy when being picked up, but once he is in your lap, we still lay there and purr. He is UTD and neutered.
