Victor is a precious 6 month old kitten that was brought into the shelter on 9/21. He is related to Virginia, Vinny, and Veronica who are also in his kennel. Hes up to date on his vaccinations, combo tested negative and will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet him in kennel 674, his ID is 13839.
