Gesso just turned 1 this month. He is an 85lb, golden retriever/akbash mix. We've had him since he was 8wks old. He's neutered, house broken, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash and is up to date on his rabies vax. He is a very energetic boy who needs an active home, preferably with a large yard or property to roam. An owner with prior dog and training experience is also preferable. He has been raised with our two young kids, 3 and 2yrs, and is good with them but often knocks them over because he's so rambunctious. He's good with other dogs, after a slow introduction, and would love to have another dog in the home to play with. He has an environmental allergy that makes him itchy sometimes. We've managed this with a low-dose Prednisone when we see it flare up.
