What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
She’s very friendly. She wandered just outside our apartment after her owners abandoned her when they moved. When she started meowing at our door we took her inside. We were surprised to find she was already potty trained, and she started using her litter box immediately, and has not had any accidents in the house. We noticed as soon as she came inside that he seemed to have been attacked by another animal. This left a wound on her butt near the base of her tail. She’s completely healed from this issue.
Any loving family would be lucky to call this cat a part of their own. She needs lots of love, attention and affection, and she’ll do just fine. She’s the type of cat that wants to spend most of her day with you, and cannot stand being alone.
She also seems to be resistant to flea treatment and therefore needs an experienced adopter. She also loves to swat at dangling hair, which can lead to accidents, which is why I don’t recommend her for a family with rather small children.
