My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Daisy is spayed, 28 lbs, 4 yrs old, good with kids, dogs and cats. She is a mostly white mixed breed pup. Our rescue partner in Hawaii sent the following description of Daisy: "Life hasn’t always been easy for her, so she can feel nervous in public settings, but in a safe, loving home, her sweetness shines through. Daisy gets along wonderfully with kids and other dogs. She gives sweet licks to children who show her love. She does okay with cats too. She’s not a good match for homes with livestock or chickens, but she will thrive in a family where she can be part of the pack. What Daisy needs most is a kind, patient person who will show her that people are good, the world is safe, and she’s truly loved. She’s already blossoming in her foster home, and with a forever family, she’ll only continue to grow." Daisy arrived in Seattle on 10/17/25 and we will share more about her once she has settled in to her foster home.

Foster Update Daisy is a darling! She's a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. She's good with people and kids and dogs and cats too we think! She would do best in a family who has time to help her adjust, who takes her out and about and includes her in activities. Someone working fro home would be ideal! She loves to adventure but is also an amazing snuggle bunny. Our ideal home for her would also include a balanced resident dog to show her that life is great, but we will consider homes without another dog. She's a sweet personality who has come a long way-- dog parks and doggy daycare are not for her, but friendly dogs in a controlled environment would be great! She's an absolute sweetheart. Kids 8+ considered
