Meet Gourd!
Gourd is a soft buff-colored boy with a calm, gentle spirit. He may need a little time to feel at home in a new space, but once he settles in, he’ll reveal a warm, affectionate side and a love for sunny spots and lazy lounging. With patience and a cozy spot in the sun, Gourd is ready to become a sweet, easygoing companion for the right family.
Gourd is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. You can meet him at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary.

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
