LILY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!
Come meet Lily and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (12/21) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Falls Church (6100 - A Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044)!
Name: Lily Best Guess for Breed: Lab and border collie mix
Best Guess for Age: 9 months as of December 2025 SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 49.2 lbs as of 12/14/25 - she might have a bit more to grow
Gets Along With: Other dogs! She lived with kids in her overnight foster and did well. We haven't seen her with cats but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Special adoption considerations: Lily is nervous in new environments and around new people. She is required to a home with a welcoming resident dog who will help show her that the world isn't so scary!
Lily is Looking For: Lily is eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so she can show how super smart she is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together.
Most of all, though, she wants to know she is safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags she can store up, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is Lily the one you have been seeking?
What My Foster Says About Me: Lily is a very friendly and intelligent dog. She loves to go on jogs and long walks. She is very friendly with other dogs and people of all ages, including kids. She can be easily taught tricks and is very energetic. She loves to be petted and have snuggles. She's working on crate training, but doing great!
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
