Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Morris has officially been at the shelter for over a year. While he is adored by everyone who knows him, he's still waiting for a home to call his own.
Estimated to be about 4 years old, Morris came in as a stray, unsure and overwhelmed. The shelter environment was tough on him at first, and who could blame him? But over time, Morris has truly come out of his shell and formed deep bonds with his favorite volunteers. He lights up when he sees his friends, and their affection has helped him become the sweet, playful pup he was always meant to be.
Morris is dog-selective, but with the right match and proper introductions, we believe he could potentially live with a canine companion. He's also picked up a few extra pounds during his stay (haven't we all?), so he'd thrive with an adopter who can keep him active and help him stay fit and happy.
He's been overlooked for far too long, but we know his perfect match is out there. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a heart full of love and a goofy side reserved just for his people, come meet Morris. He's more than ready to go home.
