My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She flits around so happily you'd swear a tiny trail of pixie dust follows her (we should've named her Tinkerbelle!) Adorable Teagen, an approx. 15-week-old, 16-lb Hound mix (best guess!), is a 100% sweetheart who doesn’t let seeing out of one eye slow her down. She is fantastic with kids (she'd love to a home with a few of her very own!), instantly showers everyone she meets with kisses, moonlights as a professional snuggler, loves playtime with other dogs, rides beautifully in the car, and even charms the vet with her signature smooches. She has glaucoma in her left eye that's easily managed with daily drops. Teagen is microchipped, vaccinated, and will be spayed by the rescue when she's old enough. She'll easily slip into pretty much any home. Don't miss out on adding this sweetie pie to your family! She's in a private foster home on Long Island, and her adoption fee is $700.

Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue is a rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused and neglected dogs across the country. Ollie's Angels does not determine whether a life is worth saving based on age, special needs, or physical condition. In our eyes, every animal deserves a second chance at life.

We believe that every dog, as well as every adopter, has a unique tale to tell. Our mission is to consider both the needs of our animals and their humans to find the best possible match for each life we save. Adopting a dog is a very emotional experience, and we are committed to treating all of our adopters with respect and kindness throughout the adoption process.

Our special foster program gives us the chance to get to know each dog on a personal level. This helps us to select the perfect home for each individual dog based on his/her needs and personality. Each and every animal we save is adopted into a safe and loving forever home where he/she will be a cherished member of the family. Prior to being placed in a new home, all of our animals receive the highest quality medical care, as well as being spayed/neutered, microchipped, and updated on vaccinations.
