Since arriving as a stray, Donner has been making incredible progress thanks to more one-on-one time with our trainer and lots of interaction with volunteers. He's been crushing his training sessions - mastering commands, soaking up new skills, and loving the chance to shine.
Donner is the perfect size for cuddles, adventures, and everything in between. He's very food motivated, which makes him a joy to work with, and he would thrive in an active home where he can keep learning, burn off his energy, and then settle in for some well-earned snuggle time. Donner is doing better than ever and can't wait to show off all he's learned in a forever home.

Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused, or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
