Aurora is a beautiful 4-year-old German Shepherd with a heart as big as her bark and she’s hoping this holiday season brings her the greatest gift of all: a forever home. ❤️
Aurora’s story is a special one. She originally came to her foster home as a short-term stay while her previous owner was moving. Sadly, after a few weeks and no contact, her foster learned that the owner had moved to another county and had no plans to return for her. Despite this difficult start, Aurora has continued to show nothing but love, loyalty, and resilience.
She’s talkative, playful, and full of personality. She loves to “chat,” chase squeaky toys, and curl up for cozy snuggles on the couch or in bed. Aurora is leash-trained, fully potty-trained, and great with other animals and kids, making her a wonderful addition to any family.
Aurora thrives in a calm, loving environment where her person is home more often than not. She can be a bit anxious at times, so she needs someone patient and kind who will give her the reassurance she deserves.
