My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dolly 🌸 She is a low-maintenance, easygoing girl who enjoys short walks, lounging in the sun, and relaxing in the grass. She loves affection and quiet companionship more than anything. She gets along with other animals as long as they give her space, she’d do best in a calm home with relaxed pets or as the only animal.
Dolly is a gentle 9-year-old, 55-pound sweetheart who has overcome more hardship than any dog should. She spent the first part of her life chained to a tree in Indiana for three long years, used for breeding until she could no longer have puppies. When she was no longer wanted, she was left to live in a car in Ohio.
🌸Despite everything she’s been through, Dolly’s heart is pure gold. She’s now working on gaining back some healthy weight and learning what it feels like to be safe and loved.
She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and recently had a few growths removed, so she’s ready for her forever home.
After everything she’s survived, Dolly truly deserves a peaceful, loving place to call home, one where she can finally just be loved. ❤️
