My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tony! This handsome older pup came to Iowa from an overwhelmed shelter in Oklahoma. Now he is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations, and very reliably crate trained! Tony is a friendly, exuberant boy who needs to learn basic manners. He loves attention and is very food motivated! Our special price for his adoption allows his lucky family to invest in his training, treats, and toys! Look in his eyes, and you'll know that this sweet soul hasn't always been treated well, but he still believes in human kindness. That said, Tony can be selective with his doggo friends.

More about this rescue

At One Dog Rescue, we are changing the world for one dog at a time. We specifically focus on pulling animals who are at high risk for euthanasia, particularly in shelters that practice heart stick euthanasia. We are a 501(c)3 organization and always in need of donations to help cover veterinary and transportation costs! Since we are volunteers, we appreciate your patience, but we do try to respond to inquiries promptly. One dog at a time, we are making a difference.
