My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

One of two sweet bonded litter mates. Owner deceased and this pup and her litter mate sisters have found themselves in a desperate situation. Good with other dogs and kids. Never exposed to cats, but don’t think they would mind a well behaved cat situation. These two may be older, but they are in great health and have so much life and love to give.

Best method of contact is by email to info@elmorespca.org. To reach us by phone, call 518.353.7755. Every attempt will be made to answer the large volume of calls as they come in, but our small staff may be busy with animal care and adoption processing, so no one may be available to answer. *Shelter space is guaranteed (on a 24/7 basis) to stray dogs brought in by dog control officers from towns that contract with Elmore SPCA.

*Per NYS Ags & Mrkts Law, to redeem a dog the owner must provide valid up-to-date licensing and rabies vaccination, and pay the town's/city's redemption fee.

*Owners surrenders are addressed by individual circumstances. Additional efforts, such as courtesty listings, can be provided to help owners rehome their pets.
