Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Background: Mars was found in neighborhood park in Acworth (2018). Nabrin was found found dumped outside (2018). Adopted and bonded to Nabrin in 2018. Returned in 2021 due to owner's health issues. The two were adopted again and while in their new home Nabrin passed away. Mars was returned to the shelter in 2025 due to the child going to college.
Personality: Mars is a shy guy and he takes time getting accustomed to new people.

More about this rescue
The Georgia House Rabbit Society (GHRS) is a nonprofit, all volunteer, 501c(3) organization dedicated to the rescue, care and re-homing of domestic rabbits in need. Founded in 1996, the GHRS started as a network of foster homes and through its successes, has evolved into a stand-alone rabbit shelter in Marietta, Georgia. It is the only shelter in Georgia dedicated exclusively for rabbits, and there are only a few like it in the country. The Center also serves as a boarding facility, a learning center and source of quality rabbit supplies. For more information visit www.houserabbitga.com
