Spencer was an owner surrender. He loved his family but unfortunately they were not able to care for him! His family was about to be homeless and wanted to make sure Spencer would be taken care of. He had not been neutered or vaccinated but he was definitely loved. Now he is looking for a home where he can be loved and well cared for!
