Your New Favorite Side Dish: Potato
Meet Potato, a goofy little lovebug who’s all heart and zero chill. This silly spud is bursting with joy and just wants to be adored in any form—snuggles, belly rubs, or just hanging out while you go about your day. Shake her jowls (she insists!) and you’ll immediately understand the cuteness overload that comes with life with Potato.
Potato is a certified people potato. She greets everyone with excitement, follows her humans around like a personal cleaning supervisor, and never misses a chance to be the center of attention. Whether she’s chasing the vacuum or doing her best couch loaf impression, she always brings the laughs. She’s also got a sound-effects reel that rivals Hollywood—those strange little noises usually mean she’s dreaming of her next snack.
While she won’t give you kisses, she’ll gladly soak up yours like the warmhearted mashed marvel she is. She thinks she's lap-sized (jury's out), and yes, she will happily drape herself over you for maximum snuggle impact.
Potato is all about balance. Long walks in the woods? Yes, please. Naps on the couch? She can do that too. She's equal parts outdoor adventurer and cozy cuddler. She’s still young and working on her training, so she’s looking for someone patient and consistent to keep helping her be the best dog she can be.
She would absolutely love a home with another dog to be her playmate and some humans who are down to dish out plenty of affection and and join her for all sorts of spud-tacular adventures.

Potato is estimated to have been born in September 2022 and weighs 70 pounds. She is a pit bull type dog with all the love and goodness you’d expect from your favorite carbohydrate!
Potato’s adoption fee is $450. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.
