My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, this is MAX, 4 years old and 84 pounds. MAX and his son TYSON were owner surrendered because the owner was divorcing and could no longer care for them. Both are a little underweight but they are gaining it back quickly as they have healthy appetites!
MAX is very friendly and has no aggression in any area. He is curious about other dogs and does well interacting with them. He has been in the home with a man and his wife and gets along with everyone.
It has been a pleasure watching him play with toys and get acquainted with being in the house. This is a guy who would love to have a home of his own and he would be a loving and loyal companion.

More about this rescue

We are a small home-based rescue group. We do not have a shelter, all of the dogs are housed in a foster home where we get to know their personalities. This helps us better to place them or match them up properly. Being in a home also keeps them healthy.

All of the dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated, rabies if old enough, dewormed and microchipped.
