My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Casper spent his early years living outdoors in the country but has has acclimated well to indoor city life! He gets along well with cats and other dogs and has developed great house manners and does so well on the leash, though like all Great Pyrenees he will want to stop and greet everyone and smell everything!

Casper is a happy four year old pup who will love having a ball thrown for him and presenting his belly for a good rub! He really is the perfect dog and at 60 lbs, he's a great size for apartment and condo living. Don't wait long! He is ready for his happy ever after to come soon!

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
