This squishy, goofy boy lives for fun and affection. Chad adores his toys and will happily entertain himself or jump into a play session with his doggy friends. He gets along beautifully with other pups and is always ready for either zoomies or couch cuddles.
Chad is very food-motivated (he thinks snacks are life), which makes training extra easy and extra fun. He’s fully potty trained, knows how to politely ask to go outside, and walks wonderfully on leash.
Despite his sturdy build, Chad is convinced he’s a lap dog—he loves being close to his people and soaking up every ounce of love you’re willing to give. He’s great with kids, unfazed by chickens or horses, and generally just wants to follow you around and be your loyal shadow.
Chad is currently receiving treatment for heartworms, but he’s tackling it like the brave, happy boy he is and hasn’t let it dampen his spirits one bit.

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-breed, animal rescue organization incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer-driven group with years of experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, abused, and unwanted animals.
