My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We found Hope completely emaciated, literal skin and bones. She needed blood transfusions and gradual reintroduction to food, and her kidneys were not functioning as they should. Hope has been healing physically and emotionally with her wonderful fosters, and her weight is back to normal.

After months of vet care and monitoring, her kidney issues persisted. We thought Hope would be a hospice adoption because her kidneys were not improving, but just as we reconciled with this, her kidneys finally started to heal! She's not out of the woods, but we have high hopes that she is on the way to full recovery.

Hope is loving life. She enjoys playing, is very affectionate, and has the waggiest tail. We are looking for the perfect, loving home for this grateful girl.
