My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a very quiet but happy puppy, I love to run and play with my brother-Ramesses and sisters-Cleopatra and Nefertiti. I am very food motivated but not possessive over it. My adoption fee is $200, which includes my vaccinations, spay/neuter, Heartworm test, Lyme test, Bordetella, flea & tick preventative, heartworm prevention, deworming, and microchip. If you have any questions about me please call the shelter at 815-858-2265 or email safehaven1471@gmail.com. Please fill out an adoption application for me at www.safehavenforpets.org. Please visit our website www.safehavenforpets.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Additional adoption info

Once an application is approved, we ask potential adopters to come to the shelter to visit the pet or pets they are interested in. If it seems like a great fit, then we would have you fill out the Adoption Contract and provide you with the pet's medical chart, some of the food it is currently eating, and offer any advice we can on that individual cat or dog.
