My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gherkin was rescued with several of his siblings and the first thing they did with their rescuers was go to a birthday party! 🎉 His rescuer’s nephew celebrated a birthday, but Gherkin is the one who had the birthday blessings. He was fed well, cuddled, and slept all the way to his foster’s house. After he was old enough to be weaned he was reunited with his rescuer, now foster.

Gherkin is a curious and happy little guy. He loves exploring new places and will play with anyone for hours. He is snuggly when he’s in the mood, but he really likes to be active. He’s not very vocal, but he is interested in what his human is up to. He has not been around children or dogs; with slow introductions he should adapt. He’s easy going and really appreciates a clean litter box, since he has been known to play in it. 🤦‍♀️
