The vet says she is about 2yo, but she's got puppy energy. She's always ready for a play session- whether it's toys, her human foster brother, or fetching balls in the yard. Raya loves to run, so a fenced backyard would be ideal. She's making due in her foster home with lots of walks/trots in the neighborhood. Raya has done well with the neighborhood dogs, but needs a very slow introduction to cats. She just wants to play and doesn't realize her size scares the cats. Raya is spayed and potty trained. you must apply at doubledogdarerescue.org before meeting dogs. We are a foster based rescue, not a facility where dogs can be seen.

Approve Application
Once your application is approved you will be put in touch with the foster to set up a meet.

Pay Fee
Fee is $250 cash or $260 credit card. There is an additional $75 deposit for any dog that is adopted before they have been spay/neutered.

We do require all applicants to fill out an application. We process applications as quickly as we can but do a thorough check to insure our dogs are going to the best homes for the animal. Once you are approved, we will schedule a meet with your family and the dog that you are interested in. If deemed a good fit on both sides, we will complete the adoption contract with you.
