My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Rugby and I’m 9 years old. I’ve had a pretty quiet life being the only dog of an older lady who loved me but was not able to care for me any more.

When I met my foster brothers, I was pretty reserved and kept to myself but finally decided it was more fun to hang around with them and play with them. I get pretty excited with the rest of the bunch and jump up and down when my foster dad comes home. I get excited when he leaves too because I know we all get treats.

I’m kind of picky with food. I’m not like the others who gobble up anything in sight.

I still tend to keep to myself. I’m not really a lap dog but I might stay there for a little while.

And I’m pretty quiet. I’ve only spoken up once in a while.

I may be 9 but I have a lot of life to share.

He will need another dog in the home or someone that is home most of the time. Children in the home need to be at least 10 years old. He is located in IL
