Meet Liberty – Your Three-Legged Lovebug!

Hi there! My name’s Liberty, and I may only have three legs, but trust me, that doesn’t slow me down one bit! I wasn’t always living the good life here at the sanctuary. I was found outdoors with a really bad joint infection that left me in rough shape. Thankfully, our amazing veterinarian stepped in to save me, and gave me a new lease on life, even if it meant saying goodbye to one of my back legs.

Now, I’m what they call a tripod, and I’ve fully embraced it! I run, play, climb, jump, and zoom around just like any other four-legged cat. You’ll often find me hopping up on cat trees, lounging in cozy beds, and soaking up all the love and attention I can get.

I’m a total sweetheart who loves people. I purr, meow, and nuzzle my way right into your heart. I promise, one look into my handsome black fur and bright eyes, and you’ll fall in love!

If you’re looking for a charming, resilient, and affectionate companion, I think we might be the purr-fect match.

I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat.

I am fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing.
