Josie adores people, playtime, and exploring the world around her. She’s the kind of pup who’s just as happy running around the yard as she is cuddling up for a nap afterward. She’ll thrive with a family ready to guide her through puppyhood with patience, love, and plenty of fun along the way.

If interested in our adoptables please contact us at hopefultailsadoptions@outlook.com, and let us know who you're interested in meeting. You must fill out an adoption application if interested in adopting followed by an adoption contract.

All dogs require a $100 training deposit. Once confirmation of the completion of a training class has been sent to the rescue, you will receive your deposit back in full.

As we are a rescue all of our adult dogs/puppies for adoption must be spayed and neutered. Although we make every attempt to have this done before finding their adoptive families, this is not always possible. Please speak with your adoption coordinator to see of this service has already been performed or they will explain to you if your new dog/puppy will need this service while in your care at no cost to you.

When emailing please include your phone number to help speed up the adoption process. Also, for the safety of our dogs, we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Joliet, Illinois, to allow our volunteers to do home checks, if necessary.
