If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Leia is a special girl, we adopted her when she was about 11 weeks old. She is extremely sweet, loving, and loves to be near her family. Unfortunately, she is very prey driven. We have two older cats that she constantly tries to chase. We have been trying to train her out of it but we just do not have the time and we cannot trust her loose in the house with our cats roaming around the home.
She is not aggressive at all with people, she does not bite, growl, or chase people at all. She is very playful and does not know her size so can easily drop an elderly person or a small child. She loves to go out on walks and loves to explore.
I see her living perfectly with a person, or family with older children or no children at all, who love to go camping or hiking. She loves our family camping trips so she would be so perfect. She is also a great bed companion, you will never have cold feet.
