My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Matilda!

This 7 year old cutie still has a lot of spark left for a dog her age. Matilda is a happy and loving girl who is sure to win you over with her big goofy smile and her floppy ears.

The shelter is a bit stressful for Matilda, so at first, she may come across as shy. Thankfully this shyness is easily reduced with treats and lots of praise!

Matilda is a cheerful Beagle who enjoys spending time with people. She loves nothing more than to be cuddled with her favorite person. A true sweetheart, you'll always see her with a wagging tail happy as can be. She also gets along well with other calm and gentle natured dogs!

Additional adoption info

Our main goal is to find forever homes for our animals, based on their individual needs. For this purpose, we take applications for every cat and dog. This application is the first step towards adoption! Applications are not first come first served, but instead best first match for the animal, first served. Once a suitable applicant is found, our staff calls that party to schedule a meet and greet and - if all goes well - an adoption takes place that day!
