Sorry, I know that was a terrible pun, but sometimes these things just write themselves. My name is Hook and I am an adorable female tabby kitten who was born on July 24, 2025. I am part of the Hook, Line, and Sinker litter of kittens and I am an amazing mix of independent enough to not be a tripping hazard around the house, but friendly enough that I would love nothing more than to cuddle up on your lap at the end of a long day.

I am quite social and sweet and have a loud purr that will reverberate through your body while I lay on your lap. During the day while you're at work or doing the important human stuff, I'm happy to just cuddle or play with other cats, or even bat around a toy or two to keep myself entertained.

I would love to go to a home with one of my siblings Line or Sinker, but I would also do great in a home with at least one other cat. I also get along fantastically with dogs (I live with a 70lb pitty!) and kids. I'm an easy going girl all around.

I always use the litterbox like the good girl that I am, and I also love to play. If you have another kitty you are looking for a friend or playmate for, I would be a fantastic pick!

Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
