🐢 Meet Venus de Milo – A Survivor with a Gentle Spirit
This beautiful yellow-eared slider, Venus de Milo, has been through a lot — but her resilient spirit shines through every day. Venus was sadly abandoned and neglected in an apartment before she was rescued, but she’s now getting the care, love, and attention she always deserved.
Despite her rough past, Venus is incredibly curious and gentle. She loves to peek out of the water to watch what you’re doing, as if she’s making sure she doesn’t miss a thing. Every day she’s getting stronger, healthier, and more confident — and she’s ready for a forever home that will continue to show her kindness and patience.
Venus will need a dedicated adopter who can give her a clean, well-equipped aquatic setup and plenty of time to heal and trust. In return, she’ll reward you with her quiet curiosity, her sweet nature, and the joy of seeing her blossom into the happy, healthy turtle she’s meant to be.
