Marcello became comfortable within a couple days of arriving at his foster home and his sweet, loving personality started to shine through. He loves getting attention from his human family. He is easy going and a real gentleman of a cat.

He is fairly quiet and content just to hang out with his family and enjoy all the love. Hes a big fan of high places and can often be found on top of the fridge in his foster home.

More about this rescue

Paws Above is a small foster based rescue that operates in the Greater Toronto Area. It was founded by Ola Zalewski. Ola has been caring for and training dogs her whole adult life, 20 years! She runs a successful dog daycare business out of King City. She is most passionate however when it comes to homeless dogs. She has been rescuing and rehoming dogs for as long as she has been training them. She specializes in taking in dogs with challenges, we work on their issues and match them up with the perfect family. She saves dogs in Canada and also rescues from abroad. If there is a dog in need and we are able, Paws Above will help out!
