Hey! I'm Columbia, and I'm a black girl kitty with just a little white on me! I am 3 months old, and I'm very friendly. I do have a small ulcer on my eye that is being treated right now, but it I can see just fine out of my other eye, and will probably heal just fine in the eye with the ulcer--it's just going to take time. I'm not letting it hold me back from having all kinds of fun playing, though!I love getting attention and snuggling, too. You should come to the shelter soon to meet me and see if I would be a great furever friend for you!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
