0825102 - Meet Amber! Amber is an almost 7-year-old miniature poodle who’s ready to start her new life as someone’s beloved companion. She came to us from a breeder after retiring from having puppies and is now discovering what it means to be part of a loving family.
After spending much of her life in a kennel, everyday things like grass and leashes are still new to her, but she’s making steady progress in her foster home. Amber has recently learned the joy of playing fetch with her stuffed animals and is starting to show her fun, affectionate personality. She can be shy at first, but once she warms up, she loves curling up next to her foster mom on the couch for snuggles.
Like many dogs from similar backgrounds, Amber is still working on her house training. With a consistent routine and patient guidance, she’s doing very well and rarely has accidents when kept on schedule.
Amber gets along well with other dogs but would also be perfectly happy as an only dog soaking up all the attention. She is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and has had a dental cleaning — she’s all set for her forever home!
