My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cecilia is a sweet, gentle lady who has quickly fallen in love with her foster siblings—and the feeling is mutual! She’s an easygoing companion who enjoys relaxing on the cat tree, watching the world from a sunny window, and curling up for cozy naps.

When playtime rolls around, feather toys are her absolute favorite. Her fur is incredibly soft, and her beautiful eyes are just as soothing as her personality. Cecilia would make a wonderful addition to a calm, loving home where she can continue to blossom.

If you’re looking for a tender-hearted, affectionate companion, Cecilia might be your perfect match!

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
