This helps San Diego Humane Society - San Diego Campus with pet care costs.
How this pet arrived:
Marley was brought in by a community member.
Why Marley might be the one for you:
Marley is an alert, intelligent dog who is always tuned in to her surroundings. While she can be wary of new things and may feel unsure at first, she simply needs a little time to assess her environment. Once she feels safe, her sweet, loving personality begins to shine. Her foster mom says that when Marley warms up, she becomes a loyal companion who appreciates calm affection-especially belly rubs.
Marley has a fun, energetic side too. She loves chew toys, enjoys learning new behaviors (especially when treats are involved), and is enthusiastic about playing with other dogs. She's also a natural acrobat-this athletic girl is capable of jumping over four feet! Fetch with a tennis ball is one of her favorite games, and she hopes her future family will introduce her to other fun, active activities.
Marley is very alert on walks but never tries to stop humans from chatting along the way. She'll do best in a home with patient people who can give her time to settle in before expecting her to jump into new situations. Once she knows she's home and you're her person, Marley will reward you with loyalty, affection, and a joyful, playful spirit. Will you give this girl the chance to become your devoted, energetic, and loving companion?
At SDHS:
Marley has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/ neutered and is now ready for her new home!
