My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Enid is a confident kitten with a big love for playtime. She thrives when she has plenty of enrichment and enjoys toys she can chase, bat, and “capture”—solid balls are a favorite. Regular, interactive play will be important to keep Enid happy and well-balanced. She’d do best in a home that appreciates an active, clever kitten with strong natural instincts and a playful, curious mind.

Enid shares a special bond with her sister, Wednesday. The two balance each other beautifully—playing, exploring, and relaxing side by side. They are closely connected and are looking for a loving home where they can be adopted together and continue growing up as a pair.

More about this shelter

The Gananoque & District Humane Society (GDHS) is a volunteer run no kill animal shelter that takes in abandoned or surrendered animals, provides them with medical care and attempts to find them forever homes. Every animal that enters GDHS is quarantined, assessed and examined by a vet (if necessary), spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given vaccinations prior to being available for adoption. We do not receive guaranteed funding from any source and rely on the generosity of our community.
