My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 06-03-2025

Minnie is a sweet, good-natured tabby with a fearless and feisty personality.  She has gorgeous big eyes and a cute little pink nose—a face you will fall in love with immediately!

Minnie is a typical kitten in that she doesn’t have a lot of time to spend cuddling--she just has too much playing to do.  She’ll stop long enough for you to hold her, give her a quick kiss on her head, but then she is off. She will also rub her whole body against you to get your attention. She is very caring and will follow you around to make sure you are safe.

Nothing holds Minnie back and she is inspirational to watch. She was runt the of the litter and had to fight to get to her momma’s milk, but she did not give up. Additionally, Minnie was born with congenital hip dysplasia but that doesn’t stop her from an active, fun-filled life. Minnie runs, leaps, and climbs with the same agility as her siblings.

Minnie’s congenital hip dysplasia is on her right leg. It has not affected her mobility and she is an active, healthy gal.  It is possible in the future it could cause an issue with arthritis, but she should manage well if she maintains a healthy weight and receives regular vet visits.

Minnie must be adopted with her â€‹brother Oreo, as they are best friends. They will win your heart quickly.

More about this rescue

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
