My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rad! 🖤😺

Rad is one cool cat — handsome, confident, and full of charm! With his sleek black coat and bright eyes, he’s impossible not to notice. This friendly guy loves attention and will happily soak up pets and cuddles whenever you offer them.

Rad enjoys being around people and has a playful, curious streak that keeps life fun. Whether he’s chasing a toy, exploring his surroundings, or lounging nearby to keep you company, he’s always up for a good time.

🐾 If you’re looking for a loving, laid-back companion with plenty of personality, Rad is ready to be your new best friend!

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
