Suki, a 4 year old Chiweenie was adopted from Atlanta Humane in early 2023. She loves to be rubbed and showered with attention. Fetch is her favorite activity!
She knows & understands simple commands (i.e. yes, no, come here, wait, outside & treat- her favorite). She enjoys sunbathing and being outside with the family. She is also crate trained and knows it as her “bed” & is house trained.
Like most dogs, Suki has great hearing and barks whenever she hears something or someone she’s unfamiliar with. She definitely lets the house know (by barking) when someone is at the door or comes to visit.
She’s not a fan of baths or the vacuum cleaner.
Suki was diagnosed with IVDD in late September which caused temporary paralysis. She’s recovered and is back walking. She has a little wobble when running, sometimes causing her to fall down but she’s able to get up immediately.
Up-to-date with Rabies vaccine only.
