Hi everyone, I’m Poppy!

I’m a handsome 5-year-old domestic short hair boy with the softest fur and the biggest heart. I’m what the humans call a “velcro cat” — that means if you move, I move! I love to follow my people everywhere just to be part of the action. If you’re sitting still, I’ll be right there snuggled up next to you (or on you).

I’m a total sweetheart — playful, loyal, and full of love. I get along great with other cats and even like a little friendly roughhousing now and then. I’m also a bit of a chatterbox — I’ll tell you all about my day, and I hope you don’t mind a little midnight meowing concert now and then.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey and need a home that can help me keep my sensitive tummy in check while cheering me on to be my healthiest self.

My ideal home? A big, loving family (bonus points if you’ve got another cat buddy for me to hang with!). I’m not really the quiet, independent type — I thrive in a home full of energy, love, and people who enjoy a good cuddle session.

Adoption FEE: $100 which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.

A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.

Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
