My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mayvis Fan came to the rescue in such bad condition; it was thought she was a very old dog. Upon her immediate arrival to the vet, it was found she was about 6yoa.
Mayvis is very well behaved and simply LOVES being with her human (s), packs close quite well and has had great recall. She loves riding in a vehicle, or atv. Readily loads up! She is a doll at the vet and great on leash and in public. Mayvis will require an only 'queen' status of the house. An adult and/or older children household best, Mayvis does have a typical Akita personality. Wary of new people on her home turf, is accepting of new people once she knows its 'ok' and has done well with meeting people that come in. Mayvis would be great in the home environment it is believed. She is currently housed in a climate controlled 'Dawghouse' with her own 'apartment' and private dog yard along with some of the other large dogs as neighbors. If your looking for a single gal with total devotion, Mayvis is for you!
