We never wanted the best years of George and Gracie’s lives to have been spent with us in the safety of Bianca’s Furry Friends, but upon their recent return from the home they had shared over the past year, this tenderhearted bonded couple appear to appreciate being back in familiar hands. Originally rescued when the barn they had shared was lost to them, they showed us over time that they were worthy—destined even—for the sanctity of a loving home. We are doubling down on our determination to find their rightful family, one who’ll gently nurture them into feeling secure in their care, at their speed. An experienced home with older children will show them the love and patience they’ve come to depend upon with their Animal League America family, and that family will help their new family assure them of the success they so deeply deserve.
