These incredible cats may test positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but what truly defines them is their loving hearts, gentle spirits, and zest for life. They’re affectionate, playful, and often some of the most grateful companions you’ll ever meet.

Our FIV+ cats love cuddles, chin scratches, and the company of other cats — yes, they can safely live with FIV-negative cats too! They deserve every bit of love, comfort, and joy that any other cat does.

Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cats and people in our community. We provide counseling, information, and resources to empower people to support their cats and others in the community. If cats cannot stay with their families or neighborhoods, we prioritize our intake on cats most at risk - cats in need of rehoming; kittens who need specialized care; and cats who have been abandoned, are sick or injured, or are not thriving in the community. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of attention and care for cats in our adoption program and provide a modern, free-roaming adoption center to minimize stress, serve the individual needs of each cat, and set up both cats and adopters for success.
