Manuka is the most curious adventurer. She is pure entertainment. She only has one eye but is confident and loves to explore. She prefers playtime over snuggle time, however she will jump on your lap when she is finally ready for a nap. She purrs easily. She loves the bell in a ball toys. She would love to be adopted with her favorite playmate and twin sister Bergamont! She doesn’t mind dogs and would make a great friend for a playful pup.

All of our adoptable dogs and cats will be be spayed or neutered before they can be adopted out.
Dogs: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents). Cats: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents if applicable within your city).!

We are a government agency dedicated to providing animal services to the communities of Davis County.

Our Goal
"To provide service to the people and the animals of Davis County, through the professional operation of the Davis County Animal Shelter and animal care and control programs. Services shall be rendered in an efficient, effective, and conscientious manner. These services shall include, but are not limited to; sheltering of unwanted, stray and abandoned pets, euthanasia of animals, adoption, redemption, lost and found services, providing of resource information, and public education as well as the taking and processing of all requests for service. These and other similar services shall be provided in a friendly, compassionate, and pro-active manner at all times."
