Meet the Pet
This helps Stone County Humane Society with pet care costs.
This big eared cutie is Everly. She was surrendered to us by a family that couldn't care for her and her 3 siblings. She is very friendly and will jump all over you, desperate for affection. She has been outdoors her entire life in a small pen, so she is excited when she gets to be with people. Everly is adapting very well to being inside the shelter and would love being in a warm, comfy home. She will need some work on house training but most outside dogs learn quick, plus we offer free obedience training via Dog Academy. We were told her mother was a shepherd mix but not sure about Dad. She is currently 7 months old and only weighs 20lbs, so she will not be a very big dog, probably 30 pounds full grown. Everly is good with kids and other dogs and will make a wonderful pet for the lucky family that snags her up first! If you would like more information, please contact our shelter at 870-269-5200 or go to our website at schspets.org and complete an adoption application and someone will contact you for a meet and greet.
